Meet Catherine Bosibori-Aruyaru

For more than fifteen years, Catherine Bosibori-Aruyaru has worked at the intersection of business growth, people, operations and cross-market leadership. Her career includes scaling services from an early-stage pilot to six-figure monthly revenue, building teams and systems across African markets, founding a company and taking it through an acquisition.

Her work in reinvention grew from experience, not theory. Catherine has lived through redundancy, income disruption, entrepreneurial rebuilding, acquisition and the loss of an expected post-acquisition future. Each transition required more than resilience. It required her to reconstruct how she saw herself, translate experience into new value and move before every answer was available.
