The marriage ended
You built a life around two people and now there is one. The practical decisions are loud and the quieter question, who am I now, has nowhere to go.

You built a life around two people and now there is one. The practical decisions are loud and the quieter question, who am I now, has nowhere to go.
Redundancy, restructuring, or a resignation you had to make. Your title carried more of your identity than you realised, and the calls have stopped coming.
The children have gone and the days are yours again. You have wanted this and you also do not know what to do with it.
The framework
Reinvention is not one decision. It is a sequence of eight shifts. Your strongest next move depends on knowing which shift is currently holding you back.
Name what changed, what matters now and the direction you are choosing.
Separate what happened to you from the choices that are yours now.
Identify the beliefs keeping you tied to an identity or future that has ended.
Understand and regulate the emotions shaping your decisions.
Protect the time, energy and standards your next chapter requires.
Act before certainty is complete and rebuild self-trust through evidence.
Translate your experience into a clear, relevant professional value story.
Convert insight into a dated, measurable plan and take the first visible step.

Entrepreneur • Identity Reconstruction Coach • Creator of The Reinvention Program™ and C.O.M.E.B.A.C.K.™ Framework
For more than fifteen years, Catherine Bosibori-Aruyaru has worked at the intersection of business growth, people, operations and cross-market leadership. Her career includes scaling services from an early-stage pilot to six-figure monthly revenue, building teams and systems across African markets, founding a company and taking it through an acquisition.
Her work in reinvention grew from experience, not theory. Catherine has lived through redundancy, income disruption, entrepreneurial rebuilding, acquisition and the loss of an expected post-acquisition future. Each transition required more than resilience. It required her to reconstruct how she saw herself, translate experience into new value and move before every answer was available.
She transformed that process into the C.O.M.E.B.A.C.K.™ Framework: an eight-part method for rebuilding clarity, ownership, mindset, emotional intelligence, boundaries, audacity, career positioning and action. Through The Reinvention Program™, she guides women at turning points to stop treating disruption as proof that they are finished and begin using their experience as the foundation for what comes next.
Catherine is based in Nairobi and works with women wherever they have landed.
“The challenge felt like a mirror. It allowed me to reflect, process my pain, and take the first structured steps toward reclaiming my voice.”
“Comeback was the beginning of my healing. It gave me structure, perspective, and a renewed desire to lead. Today I am signing a new contract in a new mental state.”
“Catherine, thank you so much for this and I am truly grateful for the time you have taken to walk me through your revolutionary program that has been so well designed, for the five days. It is the very thing I needed and you are a fantastic guide.”
“Hi Catherine, just reaching out to say thanks! Keep doing what you are doing, the impact is bigger than you will ever know. I was fired from a Director role in March this year and at the time you were posting things that I could really relate to, about how to reinvent since it is only the title that has been lost. I could not talk to anyone about what I was going through so the posts really gave me the energy, especially knowing that you had walked the talk.”
