These Terms govern your use of The Reinvention Program’s website, client portal, and programmes (the “5-Day COMEBACK Challenge™”, the “90-Day Reinvention Program™”, the “COMEBACK Profile™” scorecard, and private reinvention coaching). By registering, paying, or using the portal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Reinvention Program is operated by Catherine Bosibori-Aruyaru (“we”, “us”, “Catherine”). The technical platform is built and maintained by Mizizi AI on our behalf.

2. Not therapy or medical treatment

The Reinvention Program is a structured coaching and personal-development service. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or mental-health treatment, and Catherine is not acting as a licensed mental health professional in this capacity. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

3. Registration and eligibility

You must be 18 or older to register.
Information you provide during registration must be accurate. We may decline or delay enrolment based on programme capacity or fit.
A place on a programme is confirmed once payment is received and your enrolment is manually approved.

4. Payment

Prices for each programme are as stated on the relevant programme page at the time of registration.
Payment is currently arranged directly with Catherine (M-Pesa, bank transfer, or another manually agreed method) and is not processed automatically through this website.
Programme access opens once payment is confirmed and your account is approved.

5. Your access to the portal

Your login is personal to you. Do not share your credentials.
Modules and content unlock progressively as described in the programme structure; we may adjust pacing, content, or format to improve the programme, without reducing what you’re entitled to receive.
We may suspend access if these Terms are breached, or if payment is not completed as agreed.

6. Intellectual property

All programme materials — including the C.O.M.E.B.A.C.K.™ Method, workbooks, module content, videos, and the COMEBACK Profile assessment — are the intellectual property of Catherine Bosibori-Aruyaru / The Reinvention Program. You may use them for your own personal development. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share programme materials without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

What you share with us — in forms, sessions, or the portal — is kept confidential within the small team supporting your programme, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal reflections or circumstances with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

The Reinvention Program provides coaching and structured reflection to support your own decisions; it does not guarantee specific life, career, or financial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from your participation, decisions you make during or after the programme, or technical issues with the platform beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

9. Termination

You may withdraw from a programme at any time by notifying us; the refund policy in Section 4 applies.
We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive conduct toward our team.
Sections on intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith direct discussion; failing resolution, the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
